So its been a long time since ive wrote in this journal, but i guess now is as good as any to start back up. Last year i started a company dealing with construction, design, art, and graphics. I think it was probably the hardest year to start a company in my lifetime since the economy was and is all jacked up. well its a new year and we are still going. now im trying to figure out why the hell can't i sell any of my artworks. ok i have a Cannon AE-1 from the 1970's and I'm wanting to learn how to use it. I've taken a class on photography but it was a really long time ago. I just want to know how to take some quality photos but need a few tips on how to do so...lighting, f stop, etc. If any of you know any tips that would help me with this it would be greatly appreciated.

ok..im going on day 2 trying to quit smoking and let me tell you its driving me crazy. Ive quit before (when i was in the military) and it was easy, but this time is really hard since my wife is pregnant and her emotions are starting to get a little wishy washy. I haven't quit completly yet, i had one this morning and had a huge head rush...i thought i was gonna pass out haha. well doing good so far but i know it will get harder...does anyone have any suggestions...only from people who have smoked and quit or people who smoke cause non- smokers dont know the aggony of quitting.
